It has been said that choreography is the art of creating and arranging dances - dances being an artform.
I have been both the dancer my entire life and choreographer for the other half and have now translated my passion for creating dances in the form of arranging what could be considered edible art.
I began hosting community classes for some of our dance enthusiasts as a way to create connections, friendships and provide a physical and mental release for fellow parents / caretakers. Just as steps and movements were put together, laughter, community followed and a common bond over life, perfectly paired with charcuterie.
